Yeah but its market cap as a result has gone up higher than 1/3 with no additional cash to the coffers. So if you compare its value before and after the issuance, the sp should be theoretically be sitting at 6c to equate to the 8c when the shares in issue were 1/3 less. Well, the YOJ management got away with it, hope its the case here too. But after seeing BIG/GSW, retailers are at the raw end of the stick (ok when market & sp moving north but that appears to be in the distant now). I can see you bought very cheap probably arnd 4c , wondered why you didn't sell when it was a lot higher?
