As soon as I saw this 40% early bird discount thread, I jumped straight on Nuheara's website to place an order for an IQBUDS BOOST for my mum but the price is still at $584, which is only 10% discount from $649. Regardless of discount or no discount I will still buy one for my mum to try out after numerous trips to audiologists over the last 15 years and plenty more trips to get them to adjust the noise, statics, faulty functions,...and at $3000 a set which my mum had to pay $1750 out of her own pockets on top of government's subsidy of $1250.

The buyers' interest on such a day like today after the Dow Jone index drop of almost 3% overnight in the US is amazing to my eyes. These buyers would not rush to scoop up anything under 10cents if they don't see a huge potential in this company and its share price like me and many investors here see.

Learning from my mistakes in the past with other successful businesses like A2M, BAL, KDR....Over the last few days I have built a very significant position in this company at this price instead of topping up along the way when its sp reaches 18cents or 20cents and starts its upward journey in a more solid fashion. Of course I will top up along the way but I rather build a major block at this stage. The thing with retail business is once it starts generating revenue and locks in substantial %growth quarter after quarter, you just sit back and top up every time it retraces and watch how damn good its sp grows and grows. That is my personal strategy anyway and it is not advice to anyone.

The 40% discount code is in an email to existing IQbuds owners. The code is Plus30 (ie. in addition to the standard 10% discount) - not sure if that discount is tied to the link in the email or not. Worth a try though
