    Hi GG,

    Have you made contact with the mgmt to discuss the implications (if any) of the company's GICS code, versus their plans for a mineral acquisition? These days, it seems to be one of two scenarios for non-mineral shells acquiring mineral assets: straight out suspension, or, allowed to trade up until s/h meeting if acq ann is sufficiently detailed.
