Sorry to say this substantial dilutive performance share issue is unjustifiable based on milestones achieved (what? Share price maintained above 6c is milestone deserving of share based payments?)and effectively represents a $10m payout to management (126m shares @8c)- now 3DP join the ranks of YOJ and BUD in outrageous performance share payments. I have been closely watching the tech stocks that 1ronnie has in his table and he has been rightly warning about some of these small cap tech stocks. Was tempted to buy below 8c but don't think so now.
