IM not sure what is going on but it appears that posters can now create threads to target other posters as I have reported a thread with my user name in the title a number of times yet nothing has happened.
Is hotcopper changing its moderation process ?
So IM guessing that posters can now go off topic and just talk about other posters on any particular stock thread.
Is this now allowed ?
