I think Evertz should gracefully step down and bow out.  Otherwise BIG will never get to move on from this.  A new independent, untarnished CEO should be appointed, and BIG run as a proper public company and not a small family enterprise that does deals for mates.  Already people are distancing themselves from him and by association, BIG, so the sooner he does it the better.  Or once the new Board is complete the 3 non-related Directors can sack him.

The role of a company secretary is to manage legal compliance, so fairly obviously you would appoint a lawyer.  In this case, I hope he is a good one.  BIG cant afford any more mistakes.
