Never thought i would be defending myer when i woke up this morning and to set the record straight this business is far from investment grade or me but a capital raising wont be required for at least 12 months. Fcf is 110m and that period included didvdend .....cash up creditors down.....I am not saying they are no chance of breaching covenants when they report in august but if they do a renegotiation of same is much more likely than a capital raising.
In fact if they could get someone who can get them even a 2% revenue growth on same store sales basis the stock would be an absolute bargain at these prices.
