Drachir, there is the possibility that the long-term takeoff agreement would enable a fair amount of debt to be lent. I'm sure that is the AUZ game plan. But I am doubtful that AUZ can get everything done with debt.
It remains to be seen how much financing they can get with the off-take as collateral.
Of course SKI as a major shareholder helps too. But I trust you do realize, they are not yet a major shareholder. They have the option of becoming a near 20% holder, when and if they exercise the option, and subject to the shareholders approving of it.
Flemington is a valuable real asset. Prime. First-class. But I think people are misleading themselves on Thackaringa. It does not have a lot of value right now, in my opinion. Maybe someday. But not today.
