    Very valid points and I wish I could have an answer for your questions. Undoubtedly the longer it takes to get the contracts signed the higher the risk in all fronts. Why large companies are not signing? After working for several years for the largest petrol & chemical company in the world in the 90's I can assure that becaming a supplier could take years, suppliers needed to meet a very long list of requirements, plus the amount of "red tape" and senior managers afraid of losing their jobs for a bad decisions were a real problem. DTZ need to get few recurrent contracts to be able to show a strong manufacturing & supply chain, get all the ISO certifications, and then the big guys may sign.
