I'm aware the it was owned by Oxiana at the time. Doesn't change the supposed National Security Concerns that blocked it's sale as a part of the buy out. Personally I think they seem like an over reaction, the Woomera Prohibited Zone is just an arid areas with little other use after all. I'd expect nothing but a few radioactive hotspots these days.
