This model has evolved beautifully to where it is, but the company now needs to move to the next phase of evolution... The platform is here... So how is the company going to leverage off the platform it has built to actually build an operating profit? Or at least build critical mass. This platform should be as well known as avis and Hertz, yet it is not. Cl8 needs to build a strategy to do this!
