I agree, no evidence of toxicity. It's just that numbers so far are too small to lock in safety. A 1 in 20 reaction could be waiting just around the corner.
At this stage, I'm not convinced of safety or otherwise - it's too early to tell. I'm just aware that 1 patient showing a grim side-effect will not look good. It could be hard to determine whether it's the chemo or Her-vaxx. Plenty of reason to cancel a presentation and get the scientists around a table if the situation occurs.
There's a bit of Devil's advocate in here as well. There could be good or bad reasons for ditching a presentation and meeting in Vienna.
