Wrong, even if SGH prevails against WTG over the escrow everything will go to AC. If SGH prevails over the billion dollar lawsuit the first $40M goes to SGH AU but only $2M is of any benefit to ordinary shareholders and that must be paid to AC to pay down debt.
Basically AC will move money from one of their pockets to another of their pockets. I really don't think you know very much about what you have 'invested' in here.
