Not harsh just bemused.
They and the other Japanese are still interested in site visits etc but with no obvious intention of buying the coal. No points for pointing out the obvious that cokal has a long way to go in terms of infrastructure requirements but why bother then from such early stage.
For itochu it is obvious to reduce risk even if they come in later at 10 times the current valuation of cokal it would be a bargain...
