Initially I am having the same thoughts too.

What happens is even though the governments had approved the sales of Recell, they don't get recognition from the State or Federal Health Department. They are going nowhere trying to penetrate the market directly to public and private hospitals etc.

Now they are trying to market the products directly to state and federal government, to raise awareness of the products. This is a very good marketing strategy. At least they are trying something new and the trials are funded by some massive agencies. Now we are talking.
