    Why would latency be a problem?
    Even if there was a 1 second delay (which is eternity) from someone pulling a gun out of a school bag to BS/HA spotting the gun and sounding the alarm, what does a 1 second delay matter?
    80% of internet traffic is video files. The latency doesn't seem to be affecting the world. Don't see how putting the servers in the cloud would be a problem at all. Especially with dedicated connections.
