If a problem exists at the smelter, it could explain why a second batch has not been sold. They have had plenty of time to prepare it for sale, and maybe the announcement that they were sorting out the logistics ( or something like that) is all linked.
Anyway its surprising that they have not sold another batch. Of course they could be running it all through the brand new spirals. However some visibility would be nice.
