    Just like the outcome of the Onshore Gas Inquiry was pre determined.....the chairman practically confirmed it in his report summary. Having spoken to both Chris Tonkins and Roland Sleeman at length LKO wants access to the Otway gas....any compensation would be welcome but the legal advice is that any significant compensation is unlikely
