as i said earlier I have given you my opinion s in relation to the issues you raised.
I hold shares in nor but I have no other connection to the company although I do know a few fellow punters in NOR
The following is my opinion only and I want to reiterate ITS MY OPINION BASED ON MY LIMITED TECHNOLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE AND INVESTIGATIVE ABILITIES.
At this moment in time I, in spite of my reservations and concerns and fears, plan to hold my shares although my jury is out on whether ill take up my allotment.


I for one will be taking up my total allowable allotment. ** sorry I at this stage i'm not sure

Here is why:
All the "bad" now officially ticked off
One of the "good" also ticked off (in progress)
Latest CR sees $2m in the kitty in order to allow for the remaining "good" to be achieved.
**sorry cant agree. Time taken so far doesn’t correlate to time to get deals done. The customer has most of the say so I cant really agree on this one. Also their keeping of timelines imo hasn’t been brilliant.

BAD:
No contract signed for any significant revenue until at least Late March early April 2018 (Hope Im wrong on this) ** agree. No significant revenue despite all the promises.
High possibility of another CR from now until April 2018
Announcement relating to the delay of certain aspects of business / product development in the coming weeks.
SP drops to 0.019 - 0.021 in the coming months. (unfortunately even lower!) ** agree.

GOOD:
Major deal will eventually be signed! **sorry cant agree. What makes you say that. Only death is that certain.

Deal will be much larger than anyone has predicted. **sorry would love to agree but cant. On what basis do you make that assertion..

Rapid deals will follow initial major deal, but will be smaller in scale **sorry would love to agree but cant. On what basis do you make that assertion
A large chunk of past R&D work will go down the drain as they will be asked by major customers to spend ALL their time refining and developing compliance / data recording / and data mining (Learning) applications. **sorry could agree but cant because im not technically savvy enough

Current list of questions to ponder? Answers are obviously my opinion.

Does the Company have a forward thinking well presented CEO? YES **sorry would love to agree but cant. Based on his history yes but at present nothing really has come together. On reflection I don’t know the man so I am being littleharsh

Does the company have they ability to associate itself / partner
with companies much larger than itself? YES **sorry would love to agree but cant. What has the association cost us and what have we got in return. Great being best mates with someone but in business we need a return and we haven’t got one.

Does the Company have the ability to raise capital when required,
even in tough Business conditions? YES ** sorry I disagree. it did struggle at previous one and this one we don’t know yet.
Does the Company have a well stocked talent pool of employees? YES ** sorry wont comment because I don’t know if they are talented pool of employees. As yet no revenue so jury is out on this one..

Does the company remain “In Focus” by attending / participating
In, industry related seminars / marketing opportunities? YES ** sorry I disagree. Didn’t we just read somewhere on hot copper that we aren't attending the next big industry forum.

As a general feeling, IF company was to deliver on “pipeline”
Prospects, is a MC of $100m a strong possibility? YES ** sorry "if" is too big a word, if I was to win lotto and I do have a ticket none of this would matter. Sorry if is too big a word.

Does Company have an offering currently in high demand? 80% (In Progress IMO) ** sorry I disagree. We have struggled to sell our product even with some massively influential partners so no sorry that doesn’t fly at present.

Has the Company displayed certain reporting / announcing habits
That can be deemed by some to be“potentially misleading”? YES (IMO) ** I agree it could be construed that way. IMO

Does the Company have a tendency to miss outlined performance
Targets / objectives? YES (IMO) ** I agree IMO

Does the Company have a high Cash Burn Rate? YES ** yes it does appear so IMO
