Optimum Nano are in suspension due to potential takeover of a downstream asset - hence where speculation came from.

i.e definition of a control transaction. ON are looking to take us out.

I hadn't seen too much mainstream speculation though so I hope JB is playing hardball and hoping this announcement cranks share price so we can negotiate something near fair value. In my opinion I would like to see something 70c+ , especially given a bit of heat coming back into the sector.
