Thanks for that - had a feeling that might be the case and wondered if the timing of it being issued (2/3 rds of the way through the first day of the case) meant they had a 'feeling' of which way it was going - I see you feel it does... but then I wondered why there wasn't much upward movement in the stock after the notice was posted - in fact SP reverted back to .002 not long after.
