I cannot understand your confidence in Westpac. Is it because Norwood won, imo, a poxy award given to Westpac customers? Norwood didn't win its category.
Furthermore, Norwood have admitted the loyalty segment has not met with expectations. So you think the vaunted credit card deal is not a loyalty program or that somehow, it will be different this time around?
@MSIMaker if you can give a very brief overview of process/criteria/timeframes re: evaluation, piloting and on-boarding process for a mission critical system within a Top 4 bank; I think punters here would benefit greatly. Although, the outcome may not be the one they were hoping for.
