Has it been announced that Hayden Stephens is leaving?. If so it is a bad sign in itself having only been appointed in Dec,2017. The current situation to me appears to be untenable. You have an international hedge fund as effectively owner on one side, a huge chasm and on the other side battler clients atracted by the no win no fee carrot and in the middle a who;e lot of hard working solicitors and legals trying to keep the whole thing together no doubt under pressure to keep bringing the professional costs rolling in. I have sympathy for Stephens who was just probably just trying to do his job under stressful conditions as a loyal senior manager . Just waiting to see how it will end but imo it will not be pretty
