They just announced they are negotiating with the preferred contractor.......do you want them to have pulled out Tin Before they even dot the I’s and cross the t’s??
You obviously aren’t in the building game
I am.......and you need to chose a contractor then go through everything to make sure you are happy, then the contractor needs to plan before you start building or else it falls apart
Let me tell you, why don’t you start a new thread and call it “we are never happy with anything” then you and your mates can go for it

It was only yesterday I think you and your buddies were talking about what price you have your buy orders (I think 1.8c was mentioned) cause it is way too cheap..........now we are getting closer and closer yet nothing is happening for you boys
