I wouldn't expect it to be 10 years away. HER-Vaxx has the same target as Herceptin. The Herceptin / HER-Vaxx combo trial for breast cancer will be very interesting. Should all go well there, I'd expect we have an already established, huge market and accelerated approval would follow. Those new to the list will be interested to know that Herceptin worked better when combined with HER-Vaxx in one study. Can't wait to hear when that will start.
Leslie and team also believe that the mimotope program has even more potential. The recently announced mimotope targets the same pathway as keytruda. Exciting times. She sure does look happy in her recent presentation.
