Is anyone else smelling something familiar?
Remember in the early days of CETO, when agreements/intentions regarding ocean area leases all along the southern coasts of Australia were announced - from Eden in NSW to Vic, SA and up the WA coast as far as the Defence base in Exmouth from memory. Obviously none of them were followed through with but boy did all that potential appeal to us nuff nuff investors at cap raising time.
Here we are again with a host of potential sites, many of which are a long way short of in the bag.
Don’t get me wrong - I’d rather they be there - but I just wonder if the stage is being set for a cap raising.
