I don't think it's a take over target but It will acquire more smaller companies in relation to Data Marketing.

There're smaller companies like Tealium and Kalido which are not listed on ASX but they're making a lots of money and I was lucky enough to chat with two consultants in those companies.

Data Analysis is one of the hottest tech sector at the moments. They don't need many employees but they do need good consultants to promote their companies.

They buy consumers data from retailers, transport companies including social networking. They use data from search engines and mobile phone users to analyse and provide much needed data to major companies.
Those methods are how they try to tranform a whole new world for Retail industry.
