BT, you have just highlighted a very important issue and this is why I get so mad when people say '' it doesn't matter what the share price is now''
It does matter!
The lower the share price, the lower the takeover offer. And whilst it may look enticing in terms of its premium to the current share price, it probably doesn't value the company properly
I guess this is what the VLA shareholders were complaining about
