Because the same traitorous politicians that you guys keep voting for, the ones who are hell bent on turning Australia into a 3rd world dust bowl have also written their 'laws' (or 'lols' as I call them) so that anyone defending themselves or their property will face worse punishment than the actual criminals. And most of the public will applaud when they do. After all, they love Big Brother.
