This isn't CSIRO. Rather this paper was presented at the recent Australasian Exploration Geoscience Conference by one of the authors, Hellman. A paper by the same authors was published in 2014 in "Applied Earth Science" and it's worth noting that the authors (both geos, not mineral economists, or mining engineers, or commercial guys) were responsible for the Mt Weld resource estimates (not for economic ore reserve estimates) up until 10 or so years ago.
