The sad thing here is if they had moved earlier by 1 year or 2 they would actually be ok but hey thats life...so all the guys saying its a sell at what mcap do you view it as a buy its a question l like to ask because everything that is a sell usually has a buy price....not saying we are at the bottom and hard to predict these as agendas are around and will be played for the crooks of this world to walk away with the goods...l note the decrease in sales but would that not happen with less shops....180mill in internet sales add another year of let say 30 percent pushes it to around 250mill ...then allow for other things that have been planted to grow and l cant see why this cannot turnaround
Maybe a few more shops to close as internet starts to move around to 300mill sales....its not dead but biggest risk for older holders is the take over
So let say l shorted at 3 bucks would l worry about closing position knowing at current prices even if a 60cent bid was launched l would still clean up
Now if it was going out of business l would assume short positions would be closed out
Now take away t.o and myer stays listed you just never know 40cents a share might be a frggn steal ...l also noted the guy who highlighted the 4.10 to 40cent price....it is a terrible investment but fast forward 2 years and providing its still listed it might be said 40cents to 1.25 to 1.50 was a good buy
Time will tell
Lastly buying stocks in a downtrend is an art so stagger buys take the spikes to better low your position
So far if you bought 42 and sold 47 and rebought 43 your actual position is 38cents....its called being ahead of the game to avoid heartache
No doubt this stock at 1.50 this point in time is not worth it but 2 years from now or earlier you never can know
