    I'd wait to see how that plays out. If it pushes below 9.1, there could be trouble ahead. If it touches 9.1 and recovers, then I think that would be the safe entry so perhaps wait for confirmation. That said, fortune favours the brave and you could buy anything at 9.1 and 9.2 for max returns (if it bounces).
