    My young daughter has a modest holding but the "offer booklet" hasn't
    yet arrived for her(she uses our address for her mail).
    Time seems to be running out !-I agree with you-poor performance by APA
    however I do know the Australia Post is at snail pace unless APA pay
    a premium for more speedy delivery.
