I personally own IP .... IP is valuable ... IP is an asset .....

Does anyone think that perhaps with a successful phase 3 aGVHD that Hercules may have taken security over what has now proven to be a very valuable asset - IP for GVHD ? Just my 2 cents worth ? .... They may have some sort of caveat over GVHD IP ?

There is some serious accumulation going on today at around $1.80 mark ... surely all of these players buying shares cannot think that the $75m facility is a bad thing?

Businesses take out loans to progress, expand etc etc etc ... can we just move on from the loan, it's parameters, secured / unsecured etc etc etc .... It is a done deal and IMO a 'smart' done deal ....
