    Not simple.

    Sinomine's subscription/conditional placement (Appendix 3B on 6th and 12th Feb) for 200m shares in PSC @ 5c/share (total $10m) is about 11.14% of PSC.

    The question is, how they are going to get to 51% and acquire an option for 100% of the Arcadia project?
