    I agree Madam however sometimes for reasons beyond anyone's control this is not always practicalable.

    Impractical reasons such as?

    I see many companies of all shapes and sizes raising funds in this manner
    (most recently/currently: SOM ($190m market cap), PGC ($200m) and APA (&9.0bn)).
