C'mon, you know as well as anyone, a capital raise with SHs takes time & efforts...
This is not the 1950's when everything needed to be done manually by armies of clerks sitting in offices: investment bankers are today able to put together a fully-renounceable entitlement offers in less time that it took for MSB to negotiate the debt agreement with Hercules, and I'm sure at less cost than the fees MSB would have had to pay to Cantor Fitzgerald, the middleman in this deal
