At June, 2017 NUH had 697.5M shares on the ASX. There are now 798,315,828 on the ASX. Today's announcement is not stimulating news because it means dilution of market value per share. For some investors, a connotation of selfishness by the managers also affects confidence in the share price. Cautious investors will continue to regard NUH as vulnerable until solid cash backing is obtained (just as the auditors said).
