Pretty strong signal, but it could also be a suggestion from Cutfield to show any financiers that we are ready to go and we have a good team ready to run it. Either way it shows that we think funding is imminent or sure enough to commit to hiring four new parties. Also looks like debt funding will be the way forward from those announcements.
They've also paid for advertising on Hotcopper for this announcement which I'm never particularly keen on.
