Talk to any banking directors of CRM & Compliance then you'll soon realize:
Not many are willing to take the responsibility of trialing new technology, when the required compliance date is so close. Many are already complied with the proven and establish tech.
There might be a few still behind schedule, but testing the new system and products take time, and that is something the compliance banking industry doesn't have it atm.
NOR may have good technology, but a few years ready too late !
