So... you are not unhappy, rather you just haven't been given enough information to form a view if it is a good debt facility or not.
Yes they have gone all-in here ... and I am glad they have with a de-risked program. If they partnered the program and gave away 50% of the future cash flows, you'd be telling us what a terrible deal it was.
