Solid outcome for shareholders... debt facility tells me that Silviu is confident pediatric aGVHD is going commercial and will be able to service the facility and turn a profit! He always wanted to avoid debt path due to the trap you can find yourself in, but this oozes confidence.
Looks like we are taking 100% of the pediatric aGVHD profits!! I'm very happy about that!! Partnering pediatric aGVHD would have been a bad financial outcome for shareholders... debt to get pediatric aGVHD into the market is a great outcome IMO.
I know some will see this as a signal on potential partnerships in the near term, but this actually helps us at the negotiation table. We won't be seen as desperate and in need of the partnership to keep the lights on anymore!
