Hey Big Boy. I was fairly sure it would be done by now. I can think of complications re the participation mechanics in other molecules for example which could slow things down, but even so.....it's starting to look delayed to me. Their advisor will be pushing hard for a quick outcome. They will want their success fee. NEU will be looking for certainty re next steps. And it will also be a huge distraction from management time which is a bit deal for a small crew and will eventually have an impact. So the fact they haven't agreed something is bothering me.

And the alternative as everyone has noted is that the offers just aren't sufficiently compelling hence the dragged-out haggle.

I have done my absolute best to get some insight and failed. I genuinely believe that the usual suspects know nothing (the brokers don't despite that bullsh*t rumour attributed to those maggots at Macquarie)and I don't have any linkages with L so came up empty handed.

Anyway, I have a an amazingly gorgeous country house riding on this outcome (have added to my pile with a matching CFD exposure) so am sweating like a gypsy with a mortgage at the moment......
