I can confirm this... I do as well maybe once a week log in before it was everyday... I'll just ask a quick question why would visitors to the site have to accept TOS before reading it's not as if they can post anything that pop up is quite annoying if you have to read something quickly and can't log in automatically and you have press that accept button
