For instance why is the Korean government testing being done in Colorado? The answer is clearly that they are trying to develop a performance recipe using Korean cement. That's why they hired the boffin with experience in developing concrete mixes. I am guessing that he was perhaps responsible for the creation of Edencrete Pz. The development of new mixes is not a "red flag" in my view. its actually a positive.
