Thanks @Subs and @Toastro. That’s a really good explanation of UHT milk and where Freedom Foods could use that as a strength, rather than a weakness. I guess you don’t really think about that kind of product locally because, as you say, we have easy access to fresh milk. Great export opportunities there and and if they come out with IF they will surely grab a bigger slice of the pie.
