    These institutions will want to foremost improve the business on an accounting profit basis and then once the anticipated profits/ good news stories come through and the SP excelerates ,
    they will sell off a huge chunk at a significant profit/ and higher SP, whilst maintaining 51% controlling interest

    Hence: this ain’t going private
