I don't really see this as being any different than before. From what I've gathered and am happy to be corrected, Vlad is bragging about the fact that they have nuclear capable cruise missiles that can travel at the same speed as ICBM's..?
They've had ICBM's that can reach any point on Earth since the 50's. ICBM's with multiple warheads are near on impossible to shoot down with missile defence systems anyway, so..what's the difference?
What can they do now that they couldn't do before?
With Kim Jong Un and Trump bragging to each other about their Nuke capabilities I'm tipping Putin is feelin' a little insecure.
