Yes of course but again we're kind of going in circles and the above again in my opinion is similar to the impending "housing crash" that supposedly has been coming for the last 10 years.
I think our economy is in good shape as is the worlds and I don't see any significant change to HVN's fortunes in their part of the retail landscape anytime soon in my opinion once again.
Again at current prices I think it's an outstanding buy for investors whether it's short term or longer term and I guess time will tell right.
