    You can't be serious.

    A great, thorough calculated NPV, based on numbers which appear to be fair estimates (higher than I used), and you claim a reversal in market sentiment is more valuable for valuation?
    Where does this delusion stem from? Look at the shareprice. No one is taking it over, even at this price, because it is still overvalued.
